We do not require you to arrive knowing supply chains — that can be taught, and we are good at teaching it. What we cannot teach:
Care that survives paperwork.
Honesty about what you don't know.
Respect for the people whose worst week you will be holding in your hands.Bring those.
02What you should know
Some of this work is heavy. You may hear things on a call that stay with you for a while — most of us have a few. We take supervision, peer support and boundaries seriously: no one carries a case alone, and "I need to hand this one over" is a sentence we respect, not a failure.
The next call is already on its way. Be one of the people who answers.
