    Route 02 · NGOs & Community Partners

Build routes that communities can actually use.

Local organisations are neither a static directory nor a subcontracted “last mile”. You are the co-architects who determine whether a pathway to remedy is real, safe, and effective.

A genuine route requires native language, deep-seated trust, clear governance, sustained resources, and a responsible handover. Working with Inno means entering a peer-to-peer partnership designed to amplify your local leadership and ensure that knowledge, tools, and funding return directly to the communities that generate them.

01 · What your organisation gains

    The partner advantage.

Partnering with Inno is built on reciprocal power, not transactional vendor management. When you co-design a route with us, your organisation benefits from:

    01 · PARTNER ADVANTAGE

    Co-Ownership & Equal Authority

You retain full control over local risk assessments, access rules, and engagement protocols. You decide if, when, and how a pathway operates in your community.

    02 · PARTNER ADVANTAGE

    Protected Capacity & Resourcing

We reject the practice of treating grassroots groups as free infrastructure. Partnering with Inno secures fair funding, operational support, and long-term capacity retention for your staff.

    03 · PARTNER ADVANTAGE

    Institutional Backing & Shielding

Inno absorbs the legal, political, and corporate pressure. We challenge brands, employers, and duty-bearers directly—so your organisation never has to carry institutional conflict alone.

    04 · PARTNER ADVANTAGE

    Data Sovereignty & Dignity

Strict consent standards and minimal data collection mean community trust is never compromised for external reporting or corporate public relations.

    Warm handover protocol

From first contact to value returned.

    The four handover pillars

Every transfer needs a protection mechanism.

    01 · CONSENT

    Purpose Understood

Action only moves forward when the individual fully understands and freely approves how their details are used.

    02 · MINIMUM

    Necessary Data Only

We collect strictly what is needed to resolve the case—protecting privacy and eliminating exposure.

    03 · RECEIPT

    Confirmed Transfer

Handovers require positive confirmation from the receiving party; cases are never dropped into an information void.

    04 · FOLLOW-UP

    Zero Silent Referrals

Continuous tracking ensures no worker or community member is left stranded after an initial contact.

    Roles are explicit

    Who Decides What

Partnership functions best when authority is clear and boundaries are respected:

    01 · COMMUNITIES

    Name Priorities and Limits

Community members retain complete agency over what they seek, what information can be shared, and whether a resolution pathway should proceed or stop.

    02 · LOCAL PARTNERS

    Shape Judgement and Access

Local organisations bring language, cultural context, frontline relationships, and nuanced risk assessments that external entities can never replicate. You set the terms of local engagement.

    03 · Inno

    Connect and Remain Accountable

Inno manages role definitions, rigorous documentation, warm handovers, and high-level engagement with brands, employers, and policy duty-bearers.

    04 · TOGETHER

    Shared Review and Systemic Learning

We regularly sit down as equal partners to evaluate what worked, address operational friction, and channel field evidence into systemic reform.

    Partnership boundary

What We Will Never Ask Local Partners to Carry

Authentic solidarity requires establishing firm boundaries around risk, workload, and responsibility:

    01 · RELATIONSHIP

    Not a Spreadsheet Directory

A Local Resource Network is an active working relationship rooted in shared purpose, explicit consent, and mutual follow-through. A phone number in a spreadsheet is not a safe handover, and we will never treat your community as a passive contact list.

    02 · RESPONSIBILITY

    Not Outsourced Responsibility

Local expertise does not absolve brands, employers, funders, or Inno of their legal and ethical duties. We will never shift operational danger or structural liability onto frontline partners. We reserve the right to call out risk, reject unsafe pathways, and decline work that puts your team in jeopardy.

Start with the route your community is already trying to use.
