Make workplace mechanisms usable — and accountable.
Policy commitment is the start of a mechanism, not proof that it works. Inno brings an independent local view between the written procedure and the worker's actual experience of using it.
Mechanism test benchFollow the signal until responsibility moves.
Mechanism route · six checkpointsTest in use, not on paperWays to work togetherPut the mechanism under real conditions.
01 · VOICE Worker voice and grievance
Independent channels, local-language communication and clear expectations about what happens after a report.
02 · RESPONSE Case response and remedy
Risk-aware triage, responsible-actor engagement, referral and follow-up that does not disappear at handover.
03 · REVIEW Mechanism review
Test accessibility, trust, anti-retaliation, documentation, remedy and learning against actual user experience.
04 · INCLUSION Accessible employment
Recruitment, reasonable accommodation, participation and retention designed as one employment pathway.
05 · HEALTH Health equity and anti-stigma
Workplace information, access routes and decisions that do not turn health status into exclusion.
06 · SAFETY Workplace GBV response
Safe reporting, survivor choice, anti-retaliation, specialist referral and accountable institutional response.
Independent engagementWhat partnership does not suspend.
What Inno may need to do
- Name a risk or mechanism failure clearly.
- Disagree with a proposed response that could increase harm.
- Refer beyond the workplace when specialist or public systems are required.
- Decline work designed mainly as reputational cover.
What this work is not
- An audit certificate or a substitute HR department.
- A promise to close a case without remedy.
- Permission to use names, stories or case data without consent.
- A transfer of employer or brand responsibility to workers or local partners.
Turn policy on paper into a route people can use.
